Are you looking for a space while supporting us? NSH has spaces that can be rented for your next board meeting, workshop or luncheon.
We do require a minimum of 2 business days notice to accomodate your request for the Boardroom and 7 business days notice for our Dining Room. Please contact us at info@nipissingserenityhospice.ca to request your booking. Note that confirmation is required from NSH to ensure you have booked the space.
Boardroom
This private room can accomodate up to 30 people (classroom-style, or up to 16 boardroom-style). Amenities include:
- Large South-facing windows with shades
- 4 large tables & 16 office chairs (additional folding chairs and folding tables available upon request)
- Free Wifi available
- 75" 4K Smart TV (HDMI or wireless connection available)
- OWL-brand 360o video-conferencing system
- Polycom Conference Telephone
- Podium
- Easel for chart paper
- Counter space for food/drinks
Bistro & Dining Room
This public area is directly adjacent to our kitchen and can accommodate up to 100 people. The space is also accessible by all staff, volunteers and visitors of the hospice. Amenities include:
- Large west-facing windows with shades
- Square dining tables and chairs (extra folding chairs and tables available upon request)
- Free Wifi available
- Island and countertops for food/drinks
- Podium available
For an additional fee, you can also rent:
- HD projector (with HDMI & VGA connections)
- Podium with built-in microphone/speaker
- Microphone/Speaker setup (no podium)
We also offer catering (beverages, light refreshments, or lunch/dinner) on-site for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information and fee structure. We look forward to working with your business or organization to make your event special!
